Hello! We are the founders of Theta, a tool to inject UI inside Flutter app.

We are guys between 23 and 26 years old, all from the same university IED Rome, college of design and programming.

Here Gianluca and I started teaching right after we graduated, meeting Charlotte who was a student a year later.

We first created Teta in September 2021, a Flutter app builder that scaled to 25k users in 5 weeks, 50k in 9 weeks, and 360k users in 2 years.

This growth, added to the technical problems of having to create such a complex tool, gave us an international first experience.

We did two fundraisers, and wrote the history of Italian startups as the first tech company with international ambitions (it seems obvious, but there never were any in Italy).

However, we failed in our initial goal. As I have already described on LinkedIn, we had several accidents on our journey that did not allow us to become a huge company.

But we did not give ourselves up for defeat. Instead, we listened to our users back then and discovered one thing in common for everyone:

> Everyone wants no-code, but really few can use it because of its limitations.

Example?

• All existing app builders are for creating new apps, not for integration into existing apps.

This made us realize that companies want no-code for a discourse of speed and collaboration between designers and developers, but they want to integrate it into already formed ecosystems.

And that's why we announced in May 2023 our new product: Theta (with an h):

The goal is not to create no-code apps from scratch, but to integrate parts of no-code into apps with custom business logic through UI inject.

This technique allows us to define within any app (even created with other no-code tools) containers that host visually made UIs, with two advantages:

- You can update it in real-time remotely, eliminating update time

- You can test it with immediate A/B testing, saving on average at least 4/5 days on each test.

To date, we already continue thousands of users, with an already stable product above 1.0 (one of our most important metrics is update rate).

As a team-building factor, we have relocated throughout fall 2023 to Berlin. We are want to network and learn from interesting people.
